Sunnyvale, California, United States, April 2026 — Tosha Perkins has joined Applied Intuition as Chief People Officer, bringing extensive experience across human resources leadership, people strategy, organizational development, talent transformation, executive leadership, strategic partnerships, corporate administration, and large-scale workforce management.
In her new role at Applied Intuition, Tosha Perkins will lead the company’s people function as the organization continues to scale its physical AI platform across automotive, defense, trucking, construction, mining, agriculture, and other sectors. Her appointment strengthens Applied Intuition’s leadership team as the company continues to grow globally and support customers building the future of intelligent machines.
Before joining Applied Intuition, Tosha served in senior leadership roles at Archer, where she was most recently Chief Administrative Officer. In this role, she reported to the Founder and CEO and was globally responsible for People, Corporate Technology, and Health, Safety and Environment.
Earlier at Archer, Tosha served as Chief People & Partnerships Officer, overseeing the global people function as well as strategic business partnerships, including Archer/Stellantis. This partnership focused on building a high-volume aviation manufacturing site and strengthening Archer’s path to commercialization through advanced manufacturing capabilities.
Tosha also served as Chief People Officer at Archer, where she led the global people function for the aerospace company focused on developing commercially viable all-electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft. Her work supported Archer’s growth across Silicon Valley, manufacturing operations, and global technology teams.
Prior to Archer, Tosha spent more than four years with McDermott International Inc., where she held leadership roles including Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President, Vice President – Talent & Organizational Development, and Director of Talent & Organizational Development. As CHRO, she led a global HR team of 600 supporting 40,000 employees across 54 countries and also served as President of Lutech Resources, a McDermott company.
Earlier, Tosha worked as Client Director at Slalom, where she helped launch and build the Houston office and supported strategic accounts, client relationships, P&L responsibilities, and organizational development practice-building. She also worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture, focusing on organizational effectiveness, merger integration, and cultural transformation projects.
Her earlier career includes experience as Senior Consultant at Job Performance Innovations, where she worked on leadership and organizational development consulting projects for large-scale clients across government, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.
