Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2026 – SKV (Studiokon Ventures Private Limited) has announced the appointment of Srishti Girhotra as Head of Human Resources, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues its expansion across workplace design, fit-out, and construction solutions.
With nearly two decades of HR leadership experience across startups and high-growth organizations, Srishti Girhotra brings deep expertise in leadership hiring, succession planning, workforce strategy, HR governance, organizational design, and people transformation. At SKV, she will focus on building a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s growth ambitions and operational scale.
Prior to joining SKV (Studiokon Ventures Private Limited), Srishti Girhotra served as Head – People & Culture at Kult App, where she partnered closely with founders and CXOs to build scalable HR frameworks, workforce planning models, leadership hiring strategies, and organizational governance structures for the growing startup ecosystem.
Earlier, she spent several years with Stanza Living, most recently as Assistant Vice President – Human Capital Management, leading people strategy for a workforce of over 3,000 employees across more than 20 cities. During her tenure, she drove leadership hiring, HR digital transformation through DarwinBox HRMS implementation, succession planning, employee engagement, and workforce optimization initiatives while supporting the company’s rapid growth journey.
Before Stanza Living, she held leadership assignments with NCUBE Design as Senior Manager Human Resources, and with Barista Coffee Company Limited as Deputy Manager – Human Resources, where she managed HR operations, employee engagement, payroll automation, and performance management systems across large workforces.
Her earlier professional journey also includes HR leadership roles with India Skills Pvt Ltd, G4S India, and Adion Technologies, where she built foundational expertise in HR operations, recruitment, compliance, training, grievance management, and organizational processes.
Srishti Girhotra holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Jaipuria Institute of Management.
