Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2026 — Shahine D. Ardeshir has moved into a regional role as People & Organization Director – Growth & Enabling Functions, AMEA at Mars Snacking. In this role, Shahine will serve as HR Head for regional functions across AMEA, covering Growth Marketing, Digital Technologies, Finance, Corporate Affairs, and Legal.
Shahine has been associated with Mars for over 13 years, holding multiple leadership roles across people strategy, organizational transformation, associate relations, integration, talent acquisition, and HR business partnering.
Prior to this appointment, Shahine served as People & Organization Director – Mars Wrigley, where the role focused on people and organization priorities for the business. Earlier, Shahine was Associate Relations Lead – India, Middle East and South Africa – Mars Global Services, leading industrial and associate relations across four countries, eight factories, and around 2,000 associates.
Shahine also led the Integration & Transformation Office for Mars Wrigley Confectionery, driving the integration of Mars business entities and working with cross-functional teams across Sales, Supply, IT, and HR. Earlier roles at Mars included Sales HR Head – Chocolate, Supply HR Head and Talent Manager – Chocolate, and Talent Acquisition Manager – Chocolate.
Before joining Mars, Shahine spent more than five years with Whirlpool of India Ltd., holding HR roles across marketing, sales, service, global product organization, R&D, technology, procurement, factory HR, and sales/service functions.
