In her new role, she will lead executive recruitment strategies globally, focusing on attracting and securing senior leadership talent to support Nike’s continued growth, innovation, and global business objectives.
Katelyn has been part of Nike for more than eight years and has held a series of progressively senior talent acquisition roles across the organization. Prior to this appointment, she served as Talent Acquisition Director, Global Supply Chain, where she supported strategic hiring initiatives across Nike’s global operations. Earlier, she held positions including Talent Acquisition Lead, Internal Talent Acquisition Manager – Innovation, Product, Design and Merchandising, and Talent Acquisition Design Recruiter, contributing significantly to building high-performing teams across multiple business functions.
Before joining Nike, Katelyn served as Store Manager at Free People, where she led retail operations and talent development initiatives. Earlier in her career, she worked as Brand Manager at TOPSHOP TOPMAN and spent nearly six years with Juicy Couture as Flagship Store Manager, gaining valuable experience in leadership, team development, customer engagement, and organizational growth. These experiences helped shape her strong understanding of talent, culture, and leadership development across global consumer brands.
