Miami, Florida, United States, June 2026 — Suchet Singh has joined Exowatt as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). A highly accomplished finance executive with extensive experience spanning renewable energy, healthcare, technology, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and corporate finance, Suchet brings more than two decades of leadership expertise to support Exowatt’s mission of making sustainable renewable energy continuously available and economically accessible.
As CFO, he will oversee Exowatt’s financial strategy, capital allocation, growth initiatives, investor relations, financial operations, and long-term value creation as the company accelerates the deployment of its next-generation renewable energy solutions for commercial and industrial customers.
Prior to joining Exowatt, Suchet Singh served as Chief Financial Officer at Terra, where he led the company’s financial strategy and business planning initiatives. Before that, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer – Verily Health Platform (VHP) at Alphabet Inc., supporting Google’s life sciences and healthcare businesses. In this role, he partnered closely with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives, value-based healthcare models, financial transformation, mergers and acquisitions, procurement optimization, and long-term capital allocation decisions. His work contributed significantly to strengthening financial discipline and supporting healthcare innovation across the organization.
Earlier, Suchet served as Vice President – Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at ChenMed, where he led FP&A and M&A functions during a period of rapid organizational expansion. He directed long-range financial planning, growth strategy, capital deployment, risk modeling, and operational performance management while supporting executive leadership and board-level decision-making. His contributions helped guide significant business expansion and strategic growth initiatives across the organization.
Before ChenMed, he spent two years at Amazon as Vice President – Corporate FP&A, where he led enterprise-wide financial planning processes and supported executive decision-making for one of the world’s largest companies. He provided strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, managed revenue forecasting, oversaw headcount planning for a global workforce exceeding two million employees, and played a critical role in external financial reporting and capital markets communications.
Suchet’s earlier leadership experience includes serving as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at the Hospital for Special Surgery, where he led strategic financial planning, budgeting, capital investment analysis, and performance management initiatives. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade with EY as Senior Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategy Consulting, leading growth strategies, due diligence engagements, valuation exercises, post-merger integrations, and business transformation programs for global corporations and private equity clients. He began his career with GE, where he spent eight years in progressively responsible leadership roles across audit, finance, acquisitions, operational excellence, and corporate leadership development programs.
Throughout his career, Suchet has built deep expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, operational transformation, capital markets, value creation, and enterprise growth management, making him one of the most accomplished financial leaders in the industry.
Suchet Singh holds an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, one of the world’s leading business schools.
