Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland, June 2026 — Justyna Ciuhak has started a new role as Global Organization Design Partner in the HR Transformation Delivery Team at Olympus Corporation. In her new position, she will contribute to global organization design initiatives, HR transformation programs, workforce effectiveness strategies, and organizational change efforts that support Olympus’ continued evolution as a global leader in medical technology and healthcare innovation.
With a strong background spanning organization design, HR transformation, talent acquisition, project management, global mobility, and change management, Justyna brings valuable expertise to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across the organization.
Prior to joining Olympus Corporation, Justyna Ciuhak spent four years with NielsenIQ, where she held several progressive roles focused on talent, transformation, and organizational effectiveness. Most recently, she served as Senior Talent Acquisition Project Manager, leading strategic talent initiatives, workforce planning projects, and organizational change programs. Earlier, she worked as Talent Acquisition Project Manager, supporting business transformation programs, talent strategies, and human capital initiatives across global operations.
Before that, she served as Associate Manager – HR Transformation at NielsenIQ, where she contributed to HR transformation projects, process redesign initiatives, organizational effectiveness programs, and people-focused transformation strategies. These experiences provided her with extensive exposure to global transformation environments and large-scale organizational change initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Justyna worked with Accenture as a Management Consultant – HR Transformation, supporting clients on HR consulting engagements, transformation programs, and complex organizational projects. During her tenure, she developed expertise in organizational design, project delivery, process improvement, and HR transformation methodologies.
Prior to Accenture, she spent more than four years with AstraZeneca, progressing through several international HR and mobility leadership roles. She served as Global Mobility Team Lead, Global Mobility Project Coordinator, Global Mobility Specialist, and HR Administration and Recruitment Specialist (UK). In these positions, she managed global mobility programs, international project coordination, talent support initiatives, recruitment processes, and employee experience programs while working within a highly complex multinational environment.
Earlier professional experiences included assignments as a Contractor in Pharmacovigilance and Sales Coordinator at Trans Kinetik, helping her develop a broad understanding of operational excellence, customer engagement, project coordination, and business support functions. Throughout her career, Justyna has built expertise in organizational design, HR transformation, change management, talent strategy, global mobility, and complex project delivery.
Justyna Ciuhak holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw, providing a strong academic foundation in human behavior, organizational dynamics, leadership, and workforce development.
