Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2026 — Archna Bhardwaj has joined iAspire Mind Foundation as Chief People Officer.Bhardwaj brings more than two decades of leadership experience across human resources, talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, talent acquisition, workforce strategy, and business partnering. Her appointment strengthens iAspire Mind Foundation’s leadership team as the organization continues its mission of empowering young talent across India through skilling, leadership development, and employability initiatives.
Prior to joining iAspire Mind Foundation, Bhardwaj served as Head HR – InterGlobe Air Transport, where she led people strategy, talent management, workforce planning, HR operations, and employee lifecycle initiatives. She had previously held the same leadership position at InterGlobe Enterprises, playing a key role in aligning HR strategy with business growth and operational excellence.
Earlier, she worked as Senior Associate Director at KPMG India, contributing to strategic human capital initiatives and organizational transformation programs. She also served as Director – Human Capital at Builder, supporting the company’s people agenda during a phase of growth and development.A significant chapter of her career was spent with ClickSoftware, a Salesforce company, where she served as HR Leader – Global Delivery Center (GDC). In this role, she managed the full spectrum of human resource functions, including business partnering, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, talent acquisition, CSR initiatives, payroll, statutory compliance, and organizational development.
Before that, Bhardwaj held leadership positions at IBM as Leader – Unit Hiring, where she managed large-scale recruitment programs and talent acquisition strategies. Her earlier career includes HR leadership roles at BCD Travel, Mphasis, and Bank of America, along with recruitment and training assignments across multiple organizations including GE Capital International Services.With extensive experience across diverse industries including aviation, consulting, technology, financial services, travel, and nonprofit initiatives, Bhardwaj brings a unique combination of strategic vision and people-centric leadership to her new role.
