Manchester, United Kingdom, July 2026 – Blume, one of the UK’s leading customer acquisition specialists serving the legal services sector, has appointed Fauzia Stanyard as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). She joins the Executive Committee and will play a pivotal role in strengthening operational excellence, enhancing customer experience, and supporting the company’s next phase of growth.
In her new role, Stanyard will lead Blume’s operational strategy, customer care, telesales, and people functions, ensuring the delivery of seamless customer journeys and high-quality service experiences. She will also oversee the People & Culture agenda, helping reinforce the company’s values-driven culture while driving employee engagement and organizational performance.
Stanyard brings more than two decades of leadership experience across customer operations, service transformation, commercial strategy, contact center management, customer experience, and business transformation. Throughout her career, she has successfully led large-scale operational organizations across highly regulated and customer-centric industries.
Prior to joining Blume, she served as Strategy & Growth Director at Dexter Bell Limited, where she built and launched an FCA-compliant debt advice proposition, developed scalable technology-enabled operating models, and led customer acquisition, operational performance, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Earlier, she held senior leadership positions at Arqiva, serving as Director of Service Operations, where she managed service management, customer operations, customer success, and customer experience transformation across critical national infrastructure platforms supporting major organizations including BBC, ITV, Warner Bros. Discovery, Thames Water, and Paramount.
Before Arqiva, Stanyard was Director of Contact Centres at Dixons Carphone, overseeing more than 2,500 employees across multiple customer service operations supporting brands including Currys PC World, Carphone Warehouse, iD Mobile, and Connected World Services. During her tenure, she led major digital transformation initiatives, customer experience enhancements, outsourcing transitions, and operational modernization programs.
She also served as Head of Customer Experience at ArrowXL, where she led customer transformation initiatives and developed digital-first customer experience strategies, and spent nearly nine years with Three UK, holding several senior leadership positions including Head of Support Performance, Lead Change Manager, and Head of Retail Customer Experience.
Earlier in her career, she built extensive operational leadership experience with Tech Mahindra’s 3 Global Services and Tracmail India, managing large-scale customer service and client operations programs for global clients.
