Noida, India, June 2026 — HCLTech has appointed Sachin Janorkar as Vice President & Head of Strategic Sales, Communication Vertical, Americas, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its presence across the global telecommunications, media, and communications technology landscape.
In his new role, Janorkar will lead strategic sales initiatives for HCLTech’s Communication Vertical across the Americas region, focusing on driving business growth, deepening client partnerships, and accelerating digital transformation engagements with leading communications and technology enterprises.
Janorkar brings more than two decades of experience in technology services, business transformation, strategic account management, and enterprise sales leadership. Prior to joining HCLTech, he spent over 22 years with Tech Mahindra, where he steadily progressed through leadership roles including Vice President, Assistant Vice President, and Group Head Information Technology. During his tenure, he played a key role in driving large-scale client engagements, technology-led business growth, and strategic initiatives across global markets.
His appointment comes at a time when communications service providers worldwide are increasing investments in AI, cloud, digital engineering, network modernization, and next-generation customer experiences. With his extensive industry expertise and leadership experience, Janorkar is expected to play an important role in expanding HCLTech’s strategic relationships and market presence across the Americas.
