Michael Henkin has been promoted to the role of Vice President of Human Resources at the Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau (PCRB). This promotion marks a significant milestone in Henkin’s extensive career, which spans over two decades in the field of human resources and strategic management.
Henkin’s journey at PCRB began in September 2019, where he first took on the role of Director, Human Resources | Strategic HRBP. Over nearly five years, his leadership has been instrumental in enhancing the bureau’s strategic HR initiatives, focusing on talent development, on-boarding, and advancement programs within the organization. His efforts have been central to fostering a productive work environment that supports both personal growth and team development.
Prior to his tenure at PCRB, Henkin served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Guy Carpenter, following the acquisition of JLT Re by Guy Carpenter in April 2019. During his time at Guy Carpenter and JLT Group, Henkin played a pivotal role in integrating HR strategies and practices across North American operations, aligning them with broader business goals. His strategic initiatives included organizational restructuring, talent management, and the implementation of comprehensive training programs.
