Gurugram, Haryana, India, June, 2026 — Auriolus Finvest, a subsidiary of Power2SME, has appointed Ananda Dalai as Head of Credit, reinforcing its leadership team as the company continues to strengthen its lending capabilities and expand its support for small and medium enterprises.
Dalai brings more than 15 years of experience in credit underwriting, risk assessment, portfolio management, fraud risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance. In his new role, he will lead the company’s credit strategy, strengthen risk governance frameworks, and support sustainable business growth through robust lending, underwriting, and portfolio management practices.
Prior to joining Auriolus Finvest, Dalai spent more than eight years with Oxyzo Financial Services as Zonal Credit Manager, where he led credit risk and underwriting functions across North India. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in portfolio monitoring, policy formulation, product structuring, geographical expansion, and team leadership. He was instrumental in building strong credit frameworks while maintaining portfolio quality and supporting business growth.
Before Oxyzo, Dalai served as Area Credit Manager at India Infoline Finance Limited (IIFL), where he oversaw credit appraisal, financial analysis, due diligence, and risk evaluation for SME and healthcare lending portfolios. His expertise in evaluating complex lending opportunities and managing credit risk contributed significantly to portfolio performance and business expansion.
Earlier in his career, he worked as Credit Manager at Electronica Finance Limited, where he strengthened his expertise in lending operations, credit evaluation, and borrower assessment. He began his professional journey with Intec Capital Limited, building a strong foundation in credit analysis, financial evaluation, and lending practices.
Over the course of his career, Dalai has developed deep expertise across credit risk management, SME financing, portfolio governance, business lending, and regulatory compliance. His leadership experience spans multiple sectors and lending environments, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of risk management and sustainable portfolio growth.
His appointment reflects Auriolus Finvest’s continued focus on strengthening its credit function and governance framework as it scales operations and expands access to financing solutions for businesses. With extensive experience in building disciplined credit processes and managing risk at scale, Dalai is expected to play a key role in supporting the company’s next phase of growth.
