Hyderabad, Telangana, India, June 2026 — Randstad Enterprise has announced the appointment of Preety Agrawal as Global Head of Sourcing and India GBS Head. In her expanded leadership role, she will drive global recruitment strategy and talent acquisition excellence across diverse markets while overseeing the company’s India Global Business Services (GBS) operations, focusing on digital transformation, process optimization, capability building, and enterprise delivery.
Preety brings more than two decades of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment outsourcing, strategic sourcing, and business leadership. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for scaling recruitment operations, driving innovation in talent acquisition, and creating high-performing teams that deliver sustainable business growth. Her expertise spans global talent sourcing, operational excellence, shared services, and workforce strategy across multiple industries and geographies.
Prior to joining Randstad Enterprise, Preety served as Head of Talent Acquisition – APAC at AMS, where she partnered with regional leadership teams to support business growth through strategic talent delivery, strengthen employer branding, and contribute to commercial proposals and global transition programs. Before AMS, she was Chief Executive Officer – QX Recruiting Services at QX Global Group, where she led the Recruitment Outsourcing Division, overseeing strategic planning, global expansion initiatives, and operational performance across India and international markets.
Earlier, Preety spent over six years with KellyOCG, holding several leadership positions including Director – Strategic Sourcing & RPO, Director – Strategic Sourcing and Operational Excellence, and Head of Sourcing CoE and Operational Excellence for APAC. During her tenure, she led sourcing hubs across Asia-Pacific, drove recruitment innovation through technology adoption, managed sourcing strategies for complex talent segments, and supported global sales and expansion initiatives.
Her leadership journey also includes senior roles at TeamLease Services Limited, Elixir Consulting (A Gi Group Company), Intelenet Global Services, and Kelly Services India Pvt. Ltd., where she gained extensive experience in recruitment operations, leadership hiring, client management, outsourcing solutions, and talent strategy execution.
In her new role, Preety will lead end-to-end global candidate sourcing initiatives, build robust talent pipelines, and shape workforce strategies with measurable global impact. Simultaneously, as India GBS Head, she will focus on enhancing shared services capabilities and strengthening enterprise delivery through innovation and operational excellence.
