This strategic appointment underscores TTEC’s commitment to enhancing its talent acquisition efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.  With a significant amount of experience within Professional Services and Consulting, in talent acquisition and HR leadership roles, Matt brings a wealth of expertise to his new position.

Prior to joining TTEC, he held prominent roles at Accenture during his 8-plus years of remarkable leadership, where he demonstrated a strong track record of driving innovative recruitment strategies and fostering exceptional talent pipelines. His last role at Accenture was European Talent Acquisition Leader.
