Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2026 — BluPine Energy has elevated Manisha Nair to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) & Head – Corporate Communications & Administration, recognizing her significant contribution to building the organization’s people strategy and strengthening its culture since joining the company. In her expanded leadership role, she will continue to drive the company’s human capital agenda while overseeing corporate communications and administrative governance.
With over 20 years of experience in human resources, organizational leadership, talent management, administration, corporate communications, and HR transformation, Manisha Nair has built a distinguished career across the renewable energy, infrastructure, consulting, engineering, and technology sectors. Her expertise includes strategic workforce planning, organizational development, leadership capability building, performance management, HR digitization, employee engagement, governance, and business transformation.
Manisha joined BluPine Energy in 2022 as Vice President & Head – Human Resource, Administration & Corporate Communications, where she was entrusted with establishing and leading the company’s human capital function for the renewable energy platform. She was subsequently promoted to Senior Vice President & Head – Human Resource, Administration & Corporate Communications in 2025, playing a pivotal role in strengthening people practices, governance, and organizational capability during a period of rapid business growth. Her elevation to Chief Human Resources Officer reflects the confidence the organization places in her leadership as it continues to expand its renewable energy footprint.
Prior to BluPine Energy, Manisha served as HR Head India – Alfanar Global Development & Group IT at alfanar Construction, where she led strategic HR interventions, streamlined HR operations, and strengthened compliance for the company’s renewable energy business in India. Earlier, she worked as Global HR Partner & Principal Consultant – HCM Solutions at EACIIT, contributing to talent management strategy, cloud-based HR solutions, HR ERP implementation, and digital transformation initiatives for clients across India and Sri Lanka.
Before that, she served as Head – Human Resources at Ostro Energy Private Limited, where she established the organization’s HR function from the ground up. She was instrumental in designing HR policies, recruitment strategies, performance management frameworks, competency mapping, and employee engagement initiatives, supporting the company’s rapid growth in the renewable energy sector.
Her earlier career includes leadership roles with Doosan, where she managed end-to-end HR operations including performance management, competency mapping, learning and development, and employee engagement. She also gained valuable experience in learning and talent development with SDG Corporation and First Advantage, building a strong foundation in training, capability development, and organizational effectiveness.
Manisha holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM & HRD) from Maharshi Dayanand University. She has also completed a Management Development Program in Organizational Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta), strengthening her strategic leadership capabilities and expertise in modern HR practices.
As Chief Human Resources Officer, Manisha will continue to lead BluPine Energy’s people strategy, focusing on building a high-performance culture, strengthening leadership capability, enhancing employee experience, and supporting the company’s long-term growth while overseeing corporate communications and administrative excellence.
