Beachwood, Ohio, United States, July 2026 — Eaton has appointed Anna Castle as Vice President, Human Resources for Eaton Aerospace Group, effective July 6, 2026. Bringing nearly 17 years of experience within Eaton, Anna will lead the people strategy for the Aerospace Group, partnering with business leaders to strengthen organizational capability, develop talent, and support the company’s next phase of growth and innovation in aerospace technologies.
Anna has built an impressive career at Eaton, progressing through a series of leadership roles across corporate, manufacturing, transformation, and business functions. Most recently, she served as Vice President – Human Resources, Finance Function, where she led a global HR team supporting more than 3,200 employees. In this role, she partnered closely with the Chief Financial Officer and senior leadership to align talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, change management, and employee relations with business priorities, enabling high performance across the global finance organization.
Prior to this, Anna was Director – Human Resources, Sector Functions, overseeing HR for Eaton’s sector finance and operations functions. Earlier, she led the people agenda for Eaton’s enterprise-wide ERP Transformation as Director – Human Resources, helping drive organizational change during a major business transformation initiative. She also served as Director – Human Resources for the Power Reliability Division, supporting approximately 2,000 employees across five locations, including operations in Mexico, while leading strategic HR initiatives for the Electrical Sector Americas.
Anna’s earlier experience includes leadership positions as Human Resources Manager, Senior HR Generalist, and participant in Eaton’s prestigious Human Resources Leadership Development Program, where she supported diverse manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, and corporate teams across multiple U.S. locations. She began her Eaton journey as a Human Resources Intern with Eaton Aerospace, providing HR support for manufacturing and administrative employees, laying the foundation for a career defined by progressive leadership and business partnership.
Academically, Anna holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, equipping her with a strong foundation in strategic human capital management that has complemented her extensive leadership experience throughout her career.
