Hyderabad, Telangana, India, July 2026 — Urbanrise has announced the appointment of Amar Jyoti as Assistant Vice President – Marketing. In this new role, Amar will lead strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen Urbanrise’s brand presence, accelerate customer engagement, and support the company’s continued growth in India’s residential real estate market. His appointment reflects Urbanrise’s commitment to building a strong leadership team as it expands its footprint across the affordable and premium housing segments.
Amar brings over 14 years of professional experience spanning business leadership, growth strategy, marketing, and commercial management. He joins Urbanrise from Adda247, where he served as Director | Business Head. In this role, he held end-to-end responsibility for business strategy, revenue growth, and P&L across multiple business verticals. He led cross-functional teams of nearly 100 professionals, oversaw customer acquisition and engagement for more than 3 million learners, and drove digital growth initiatives, including YouTube channels with over 3.2 million subscribers. Under his leadership, the business achieved 90% year-on-year revenue growth, delivered 15% PAT profitability, and exceeded annual operating plan targets ahead of schedule through disciplined execution and operational excellence.
Known for combining commercial acumen with customer-centric marketing strategies, Amar has built a strong track record of scaling businesses, driving sustainable growth, and leading high-performing teams. His experience in business transformation, digital marketing, revenue management, and strategic execution positions him well to contribute to Urbanrise’s next phase of expansion.
Amar holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Surat, where he served as General Secretary of the Training and Placement Cell and earned several academic and extracurricular distinctions, including championship titles in case study competitions, online trading events, and state-level chess. He further strengthened his business leadership capabilities by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Operations from IMI Delhi.
