Since joining Bizcap Australia & New Zealand in 2025 as Senior People & Culture Manager, Kirsty has played an important role in enhancing the company’s people practices and fostering a high-performance, people-first culture. Her promotion reflects Bizcap’s confidence in her leadership as the organization continues to expand its operations and strengthen its workforce across the region.

Before joining Bizcap, Kirsty built extensive human resources expertise at Wall Street – HR Systems & Services, where she progressed through multiple leadership positions including Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Manager, and Group Manager – PeopleEconomics®. Across these roles, she led strategic HR initiatives spanning talent management, employee relations, leadership coaching, organizational development, and HR advisory services, supporting clients across diverse industries.

Earlier in her career, Kirsty gained valuable operational leadership experience with Chemist Warehouse, serving as Retail Manager after beginning as a Pharmacy Assistant. She also held leadership and customer-facing roles with Grill’d Healthy Burgers, Rivalea Australia, and Rutherglen Eastern Palace, experiences that helped shape her practical understanding of people leadership, team development, and operational excellence.

As Head of People & Culture, Kirsty will lead Bizcap’s people strategy across Australia and New Zealand, focusing on attracting and developing top talent, strengthening organizational culture, enhancing employee experience, and supporting the company’s continued growth across international markets.
