With more than eight years of progressive leadership at Tenneco, Amy has built a distinguished career spanning human resources, talent management, leadership development, and operational excellence. In her new position, she will be responsible for shaping the company’s global talent acquisition framework, ensuring consistent hiring standards, strengthening employer branding, and enabling the organization to attract and retain top talent across international markets.

Prior to this appointment, Amy served as Senior Director, Human Resources, leading HR operations across the United States while focusing on operational efficiency, plant leadership development, and business transformation initiatives. Earlier, she was Director, Talent Management, where she spearheaded succession planning and leadership pipeline development across the Americas region. Her journey at Tenneco also includes leadership positions as Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager / Regional HR Program Manager, HR Manager, and HR Generalist, giving her extensive experience in workforce planning, HR operations, employee development, manufacturing HR, and organizational effectiveness.

Before joining Tenneco, Amy held operational leadership roles with Target, PetSmart, and JCPenney, where she developed expertise in operations management, team leadership, employee training, and organizational development. Her diverse background across retail, manufacturing, and human resources has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of building high-performing teams and aligning people strategies with business priorities.

In her new role as Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition, Amy will play a pivotal role in advancing Tenneco’s global hiring strategy, strengthening talent pipelines, standardizing recruitment practices, and supporting the company’s long-term growth by attracting exceptional talent worldwide.
