Mumbai, India – Amritpal Singh has been announced as the new Managing Director of Protiviti, Mumbai. With over two decades of experience in strategic roles across several major companies, Singh brings a wealth of expertise to his new position.

Prior to his current role, Amritpal Singh significantly shaped operations at ACC Limited, serving as the Head of Logistics Excellence for nearly four and a half years. During his tenure, he managed the Center of Excellence in Supply Chain and Logistics, achieving substantial cost reductions and operational improvements across ACC and Ambuja Cements.

Before ACC Limited, Singh was a Director at Deloitte India from May 2016 to January 2020, where he led multiple projects focused on EBITDA improvement and service supply chain transformations for various manufacturing sectors. His strategic initiatives at Deloitte included cost down workshops and productivity enhancements in the auto component manufacturing sector among others.

From December 2013 to May 2016, Singh was an Associate Director at PwC India, engaging in business development and project management that facilitated cost optimization and process excellence across cement and textile industries.

Singh’s earlier roles include Principal Consultant at PwC India, where he focused on operations improvement and cost reduction for diverse manufacturing sectors from May 2011 to December 2013. His career also included pivotal roles at Welspun Steel Ltd and GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where he developed and led several strategic projects enhancing operational efficiencies.
