Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, April 2026 — Sterling Hospitals has promoted Kuldeep Mehta to AGM – Human Resources (Training & Development). In his elevated role, he will continue to lead learning and development initiatives, strengthen leadership capability, and advance talent development practices across one of India’s leading multi-specialty healthcare networks.
Kuldeep Mehta joined Sterling Hospitals in 2024 as Senior Manager – Training & Development, where he has been instrumental in strengthening learning frameworks, capability building, stakeholder engagement, and organization-wide training initiatives that support workforce excellence and clinical service quality.
Prior to joining Sterling Hospitals, Kuldeep served as Senior Manager – Training Development at Troikaa Pharmaceuticals Ltd., where he led enterprise learning initiatives, product knowledge programs, content development, and capability-building interventions to enhance organizational performance.
Earlier, he spent more than four years with Apollo Pharmacy, progressing from Assistant Manager to Manager – Training & Development. During this period, he played a key role in designing learning programs, strengthening organizational development initiatives, and building workforce capability across pharmacy operations.
Before moving into the corporate sector, Kuldeep dedicated nearly a decade to academia at Atmiya Institute of Pharmacy, where he served first as Assistant Professor and later as Head of the institute. His academic leadership focused on teaching, research, curriculum development, and mentoring future pharmacy professionals.
Kuldeep Mehta holds a Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutics from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.
