Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, July 2026 — NetAmbit has appointed Iram Akhtar as General Manager – Recruitments, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its hiring and staffing solutions business. She brings nearly two decades of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, leadership hiring, workforce planning, recruitment operations, and HR management across consulting, technology, shared services, fintech, education, and staffing organizations.
In her new role, Iram will lead NetAmbit’s recruitment function, driving large-scale talent acquisition initiatives, strengthening recruitment operations, building high-performing hiring teams, and supporting the organization’s growth by delivering scalable talent solutions for clients across multiple industry sectors.
Prior to joining NetAmbit, Iram served as Head – Talent Acquisition at Hyba Management Consultant’s, where she spent more than six years leading recruitment strategy, client delivery, account management, and talent acquisition operations. She was responsible for managing large-scale hiring mandates, strengthening client relationships, driving recruitment excellence, and delivering end-to-end talent acquisition solutions across diverse industries.
Earlier, she served as Director at Hyba Optima IT Management, where she contributed to business development and talent consulting initiatives while supporting the organization’s strategic growth.
Before Hyba, Iram was Senior Specialist – II at Alight Solutions, where she led recruitment for shared services operations. She was responsible for workforce planning, recruitment strategy, compensation negotiations, recruitment analytics, resource management, recruitment MIS, and mentoring recruitment teams while partnering with business leaders to meet evolving talent requirements.
She also gained valuable experience as Sourcing Specialist at OYO Rooms, leading pan-India recruitment initiatives across multiple business functions, managing recruitment operations, workforce planning, and hiring process optimization during the company’s rapid expansion phase.
One of the most significant chapters of her career was her nearly six-year tenure at IndiaMART, where she served as Manager – Talent Acquisition. During this period, she led nationwide recruitment operations, managed a team of 12 recruiters, drove large-scale hiring programs, developed recruitment strategies, implemented recruitment analytics, and successfully supported talent acquisition across multiple business verticals.
Earlier in her career, Iram worked as Senior Executive – Human Resources at BLB Institute of Financial Market, where she managed end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, performance management, employee relations, induction, and HR administration.
She began her professional journey with Shriram Value Services/STFC as Human Resource Executive, where she managed campus recruitment programs, entry-level hiring, institute partnerships, management trainee recruitment, and performance review processes.
Over the course of her career, Iram has built extensive expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, leadership hiring, recruitment operations, workforce planning, stakeholder management, employer branding, HR analytics, team leadership, and large-scale hiring delivery. Her broad experience across corporate HR and recruitment consulting positions her well to lead NetAmbit’s recruitment function during its next phase of expansion.
Academically, Iram holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Bharati Vidyapeeth, providing a strong academic foundation for her extensive HR leadership career.
