Hyderabad, Telangana, India, January 2026 — Sirisha (Manga) Kommireddi has taken on the role of Vice President – GCC Practice at Covasant, having started in the position toward the end of last year. In this role, she is responsible for strengthening Covasant’s GCC practice, supporting global capability centres with AI-led, scalable operating models and transformation-led talent strategies.
Prior to this appointment, Sirisha (Manga) Kommireddi served briefly as Vice President – Talent Strategy & Transformation at Elmer Technologies LLP, where she worked on organisation-wide talent transformation initiatives. She also continues to contribute to academia as a member of the Board of Studies (Advisory) at Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology, reflecting her long-standing engagement with learning and capability development.
Before that, she spent over six years at Cigniti Technologies, where she held senior leadership roles including Associate Vice President & Global Head – Talent Development and Senior Director & Global Head – Talent Development. During her tenure, she led global talent development strategies, leadership capability frameworks, and large-scale learning interventions aligned with business growth.
Earlier in her career, Sirisha held leadership roles at Kantar’s Global Delivery Centre, India, as Head – Talent Development & Strategic HR, where she focused on workforce capability building and strategic HR initiatives. She also worked with Capgemini Financial Services as Program Leader – Competency Frameworks & Skill Enhancement, and with HCL Technologies as Global Lead – Learning & Development, contributing to enterprise-wide learning and leadership programmes.
Her professional journey also includes significant experience with Tech Mahindra (formerly Mahindra Satyam) and Satyam Computer Services Ltd, where she managed technology learning services, leadership development programmes, and operations within corporate learning ecosystems. She began her career in HR with Asco Mobiles Pvt Ltd, building a strong foundation in human resources and organisational development.
With over two decades of experience spanning talent development, learning transformation, and strategic HR leadership, Sirisha (Manga) Kommireddi brings deep expertise in building organisational capability and aligning talent strategies with business transformation agendas.
