This appointment marks another significant milestone in Manissh’s successful journey with MarketsandMarkets™. Since joining the company in 2022 as Senior Vice President – Sales & Business Development, he has led global go-to-market strategies across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC while strengthening Sales and Customer Success capabilities. Under his leadership, the company achieved a 35% improvement in client retention across its top strategic accounts, expanded its global partner ecosystem, built multicultural leadership teams across Asia and Europe, and strengthened executive relationships with global enterprise customers.
Prior to joining MarketsandMarkets™, Manissh served as Vice President – Client Solutions at Schlesinger Group in London. Earlier, he spent five years with Aranca, progressing through successive leadership roles to become Director – Sales & Business Development. He led the business advisory and research practice for European-headquartered organizations, driving strategic sales, CXO engagement, account management, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration across consulting, research, legal, finance, marketing, and innovation teams.
Before Aranca, Manissh spent four years in Singapore with CSC UKI, where he served as Senior Business Development Manager – APAC Region. Based in Singapore, he led business development and expansion initiatives for multinational clients entering Asia-Pacific, managing strategic consulting engagements across HR, global mobility, tax advisory, and business services while representing the organization through leading international business forums including the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) and the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (SICC).
His earlier leadership experience includes business development and account management roles at American Express, where he managed strategic corporate partnerships and commercial growth, and Dell, where he successfully developed enterprise technology business across the United Kingdom and Europe. He began his professional career with Teleperformance, building a strong customer service and client engagement foundation.
Throughout his career, Manissh has established deep expertise in customer success, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, global account management, revenue growth, commercial strategy, business transformation, executive stakeholder management, and international business development. His ability to build long-term customer relationships while leading high-performing multicultural teams has consistently delivered measurable business outcomes across global markets.
Academically, Manissh is currently pursuing the prestigious Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) Program in Organizational Leadership at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta). He also holds an Executive MBA in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore), reflecting his continued commitment to executive leadership development.
