Los Angeles, California, United States, July 2026 — Radial Entertainment has appointed Katie Ibay as its Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing more than three decades of leadership experience in human resources, organisational development, executive coaching, talent strategy, and business transformation across the entertainment, technology, media, and consumer sectors.
In her new role, Katie will lead Radial Entertainment’s global people strategy, overseeing talent management, leadership development, organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, culture, and workforce transformation as the company continues expanding its global entertainment business.
Prior to joining Radial Entertainment, Katie founded Ibay HR, where she served as Consultant, Human Resources and Organizational Development, advising organisations on executive coaching, organisational design, culture transformation, HR integration, and change management. She also served as Interim Chief Human Resources Officer for multiple organisations, establishing operational and cultural frameworks while supporting executive hiring and private equity-backed integrations.
Before launching her consultancy, Katie served as Chief People Officer at Meow Wolf, where she partnered closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to lead the company’s global people strategy during a period of rapid growth. She oversaw talent acquisition, compensation, learning and development, employee relations, organisational development, analytics, and HR operations while implementing scalable people systems to support expansion.
Earlier, Katie was Market HR Lead – Southern California at Google, where she partnered with regional leadership across multiple sites on workforce planning, talent strategy, organisational growth, return-to-office initiatives, and employee experience. She previously served as Head of HR at Fandango, leading HR, talent acquisition, facilities, organisational development, and the integration of Vudu following its acquisition.
Earlier in her career, Katie held senior HR leadership positions with NBCUniversal, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Activision, Nestlé Waters, SeeBeyond Technology, and Citibank, building deep expertise in organisational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, executive coaching, talent management, leadership development, and culture building. Together, these experiences have established her as an accomplished people executive with a proven record of leading high-growth organisations through periods of significant change.
At Radial Entertainment, Katie’s leadership will support the company’s continued expansion while strengthening its people, culture, and organisational capabilities across its global operations.
