Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, Texas, United States, July 2026 — Wipro has appointed Nageswara Rao Koganti as Vice President & Global Account Executive – Health, where he will lead the strategic global relationship with Humana, one of the company’s key healthcare clients. Nageswara rejoins Wipro, where he previously spent more than 14 years in a series of senior global leadership positions. Most recently during his earlier tenure, he served as Global Account Executive, managing a US$100+ million P&L for one of the world’s top three consumer banks. In this role, he acted as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, driving revenue growth through digital transformation, cloud modernization, data and analytics, automation, and strategic client partnerships across North America, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America.
Earlier at Wipro, he held leadership positions as Client Partner, Delivery Head, and Delivery Manager, successfully leading multi-country delivery organizations, expanding strategic client relationships, overseeing complex banking transformation programs, supporting mergers and acquisitions, launching new geographies, and building high-performing global delivery teams. Throughout his Wipro journey, he developed deep expertise in banking technology, enterprise delivery, client management, and large-scale business transformation.
Prior to rejoining Wipro, Nageswara served as Chief Delivery Officer at Trigyn Technologies, partnering with the CEO and CTO to shape enterprise strategy, establish new commercial revenue streams, and accelerate business growth through operational excellence and customer success. Before that, he was Americas Head – Banking & Capital Markets at Birlasoft, where he led delivery-led sales, customer onboarding, profitability improvement, strategic account management, and M&A integration initiatives across the banking sector.
Earlier in his career, Nageswara spent over four years with Citi as Assistant Vice President, leading global fraud risk management technology initiatives for credit cards and banking products across more than 45 countries. He began his professional journey with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as an IT Analyst, building a strong technical foundation in enterprise banking and financial technology solutions.
With more than 25 years of global leadership experience, Nageswara Rao Koganti brings extensive expertise across digital transformation, enterprise delivery, strategic sales, banking technology, healthcare accounts, cloud modernization, automation, client relationship management, P&L leadership, and global business development. His international leadership experience spanning North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and the Middle East positions him well to lead one of Wipro’s most strategic healthcare client relationships.
Commenting on his appointment, Nageswara shared:
