Columbia, South Carolina, USA – Kelly Marolf has been named the Senior Director of Human Resources at ClearPoint Health. With over 15 years of diverse experience in human resources management, Marolf is poised to align ClearPoint Health’s HR operations with its ambitious growth model.

Prior to her appointment at ClearPoint Health, Marolf served as the Director of People Operations at ParetoHealth for over three years. During her tenure, she successfully managed multi-state payroll implementations and led significant enhancements in employee engagement and performance management systems. Her strategic efforts in benefits administration and compensation have been pivotal in fostering an inclusive and high-performance work culture.
Before joining ParetoHealth, Marolf provided specialized HR consultancy services through CCI Consulting, where she offered her expertise to a variety of industries from 2018 to 2021. Her work focused on compliance, benefits management, and developing HR strategies that align with corporate objectives.
Earlier Roles
In addition to her recent positions, Marolf held several strategic roles at Progressions Companies Inc. and Liberty Healthcare Corporation, where she led HR operations and benefits administration, playing a key role in employee engagement and strategic HR planning. Her career also includes significant stints at TD and Scotiabank, where she developed and managed comprehensive communication and customer experience strategies.
