Cambridgeshire, England, United Kingdom, July 2026 — Linx Printing Technologies, a global provider of industrial coding and marking solutions, has appointed Eddy Fadel as President, effective 6 July 2026. The appointment reinforces the company’s leadership team as it continues expanding its portfolio of industrial coding, marking, and traceability solutions for manufacturers worldwide.
Eddy Fadel brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience across industrial technology and digital solutions businesses. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations accelerate growth, strengthen customer relationships, develop innovative technology solutions, and improve operational performance through digital transformation and commercial excellence.
As President, Eddy will lead Linx through its next phase of growth, overseeing business strategy, commercial expansion, product innovation, and operational execution. His focus will include strengthening Linx’s leadership in coding and marking technologies while helping manufacturers improve uptime, productivity, operational efficiency, and product traceability through innovative industrial solutions.
Prior to joining Linx, Eddy served as Vice President & General Manager of Esko’s Digital Flexo Solutions business, where he successfully transformed a hardware-focused organization into an integrated solutions platform by expanding ecosystem partnerships, developing recurring revenue models, and driving sustained commercial growth. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for combining strategic leadership, operational excellence, customer-centric innovation, and talent development to build high-performing organizations.
Eddy holds an Engineering Degree in Materials Engineering from Polytech Paris-Saclay, bringing a strong combination of engineering expertise, commercial leadership, and customer focus to his new role.
His appointment comes as manufacturers increasingly adopt smart manufacturing, digital production systems, automation, and advanced product traceability technologies to improve operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and supply chain visibility.
