India, July 22, 2026 — Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: CFG), one of the largest financial institutions in the United States, today announced the appointment of Rajesh Mani as Global Capability Center (GCC) Managing Director for CFG India.

“Rajesh is an exceptional leader with a proven ability to build and scale high-performing global organizations,” said Michael Ruttledge, Chief Information Officer and Head of Enterprise Technology & Security at Citizens. “His leadership will be instrumental in helping us build a world-class Global Capability Center that plays a central role in driving innovation, strengthening our engineering excellence, and shaping the future of our company.”

Rajesh brings more than two decades of experience in financial services and technology, including senior leadership roles building and scaling global technology organizations across payments and fintech. Most recently, he served as Head of Asia Pacific Tech Hubs at Mastercard, where he led large, globally distributed teams and drove innovation across complex technology ecosystems.

“I’m excited to join CFG India at such a pivotal moment in its continuing transformation,” said Rajesh Mani. “CFG India represents a unique opportunity to build a Global Capability Center that is helping define the future of banking. In his new role, Rajesh will lead the continued growth of CFG India, focusing on scaling talent, strengthening capabilities, and building a high-performing organization that operates seamlessly with Citizens teams across the United States, and with its technology vendor partners globally.
