Dubai, United Arab Emirates, July 2026 — GE HealthCare has elevated Elie El Khoury to the role of Head of Commercial Enablement, Global Markets, reinforcing the company’s commitment to accelerating commercial transformation, AI-powered enablement, and customer-centric growth across its international markets.

In his expanded leadership role, Elie will lead the Global Commercial Enablement organization across Global Markets, driving commercial transformation through AI-powered enablement, sales effectiveness, inside sales, sales incentive compensation (SIC), channel management, commercial operations, digital capabilities, and commercial excellence. His focus will be on simplifying commercial processes, accelerating business growth, enhancing customer engagement, and equipping commercial teams with the capabilities needed to deliver greater value across global markets.

Prior to his promotion, Elie served as General Manager, Commercial Excellence – International, where he led initiatives to strengthen commercial effectiveness, optimize go-to-market strategies, and enhance sales performance across GE HealthCare’s international operations. Earlier, he held the role of Commercial Operations & Excellence Manager – Middle East, North East Africa, Turkey and Sub-Saharan Africa (MENEAT/SSA), leading regional commercial operations and excellence programs.

He also served as GE HealthCare Financial Services Leader – MENEAT/SSA, enabling innovative financing solutions that supported healthcare customers across the region, before taking on the role of Head of Credit Risk – Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), where he led credit risk management for one of GE HealthCare’s largest international regions.

Before joining GE HealthCare, Elie built an extensive leadership career over more than fourteen years with General Electric, holding progressively senior finance, commercial, and strategy leadership positions across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the United States.

Among his key leadership assignments, he served as Executive – Chief Financial Officer, Gulf, partnering with regional business leaders to structure complex financing solutions for major infrastructure and healthcare projects across the Gulf region, including transactions valued at nearly one billion dollars.

Earlier, he held the position of Senior Manager – Global Strategy, Financial Planning & Analysis, where he supported GE’s global strategic planning processes, board reviews, business analytics, growth initiatives, and digitization programs. He also served as Chief Financial Officer – Lighting Middle East, Africa and Turkey, leading finance, controllership, treasury, commercial finance, and risk management while supporting business expansion across multiple markets.

His earlier leadership experience included roles in Mergers & Acquisitions at Mubadala GE Capital, Global Business Services Finance Leader – Middle East & Africa, Corporate Audit Staff Audit Manager, Financial Management Program, and Financial Analyst, providing broad exposure to corporate finance, strategy, operational excellence, mergers and acquisitions, shared services, audit, governance, and global business leadership.

Across more than two decades of international leadership experience, Elie has developed deep expertise in Commercial Enablement, Commercial Excellence, Artificial Intelligence, Sales Effectiveness, Commercial Operations, Sales Incentive Compensation, Channel Management, Strategic Finance, Business Transformation, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Strategy, Risk Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Digital Transformation, Customer Financing, Leadership Development, and Global Business Operations.

Education: Elie El Khoury holds a Master’s degree in Management from emlyon business school and earned an MBA in Business from Alliance Manchester Business School, equipping him with a strong foundation in global management, strategy, finance, and business leadership.
