Bristlecone Names Inayat Sandhu Hara Chief Human Resources Officer

San Jose, California, United States, JuLY 2026 — Bristlecone, a Mahindra Group company and the industry’s largest pure-play supply chain services provider, today announced that Inayat Sandhu Hara has joined the company as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Based in Mumbai, Inayat will lead Bristlecone’s global people strategy, talent development, culture, and organizational effectiveness as a member of the company’s executive leadership team. 

Inayat brings more than 25 years of experience helping global organizations develop talent, strengthen culture, and build high-performing teams. She joins Bristlecone from Bank of America, where she spent 17 years in HR leadership roles supporting Global Banking and Markets, Technology, and other key business functions. Her experience spans the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational culture.

Throughout her career, Inayat has partnered closely with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals, enhance employee engagement, build strong teams, and develop the next generation of leaders. She has extensive experience leading HR initiatives across global organizations and diverse geographies.
