Delhi, Delhi, India, July 2026 — Awfis Space Solutions Limited has promoted Tarun Bayala to Senior Vice President Human Resources. In his expanded leadership role, Tarun will continue to lead the company’s people strategy, driving organizational capability, leadership development, talent management, and culture transformation as Awfis strengthens its position as India’s largest flexible workspace solutions company.
Tarun has been associated with Awfis Space Solutions Limited for over two and a half years. Before being elevated to Senior Vice President Human Resources, he served as Vice President Human Resources, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening the organization’s human capital strategy, supporting business expansion, enhancing organizational capability, and aligning people initiatives with Awfis’ rapid growth journey. His promotion reflects the significant contribution he has made in building a high-performing and future-ready workforce.
Prior to joining Awfis, Tarun served as Head – Human Resources, APAC at Space Matrix, where he led the human resources agenda across the Asia-Pacific region. Before that, he was part of a Hospitality Startup, initially serving as Director – Culture & People Development, leading the organization’s people and culture strategy, organizational development, and HR operations. He was subsequently entrusted with the additional responsibility of Head of Operations, overseeing business operations while continuing to drive strategic people initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Tarun spent nearly nine years as Vice President Human Resources at C&C Alpha Group, leading the organization’s HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development initiatives. Before that, he served as Senior Manager – Corporate Human Resources at Cushman & Wakefield, where he built extensive expertise in corporate HR, leadership development, and strategic human resource management. He began his professional journey in executive search as an Associate with Heidrick & Struggles, gaining valuable experience in leadership hiring and executive talent advisory.
Tarun Bayala holds an Executive Program in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
