Mumbai, Maharashtra — Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. has appointed Mukesh Raheja as the new Vice President of Human Resources. With over 15 years of experience in the HR field, Raheja brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to the role.

Prior to joining Motilal Oswal Financial Services, Raheja served as General Manager at DMart – Avenue Supermarts Ltd, where he played a crucial role from August 2023 to April 2024. His responsibilities included overseeing HR operations and strategic initiatives that significantly contributed to the organization’s workforce development and operational efficiency.

From April 2020 to August 2023, Raheja was the Deputy Vice President at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he was the National Head of Talent Acquisition for Corporate Functions and HR Lead for the Wholesale Banking Group & Treasury. His strategic oversight was instrumental in enhancing the bank’s talent management frameworks and supporting business growth through innovative HR practices.

Earlier, Raheja held the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company Ltd from March 2019 to April 2020. During his tenure, he was the Zone Head for the West Business Partner segment, driving key HR initiatives that aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Before his impactful roles in these organizations, Raheja developed a solid foundation in HR leadership across various industries, including significant positions at Kotak Securities and Max Life Insurance. His earlier career also includes a role as an Associate Trainer at IBM Global Process Services, where he began his professional journey in HR and training.
