Szabolcs joined Integra earlier in 2026 as Vice President, Talent Acquisition, where he established the foundation for a modern, scalable talent acquisition organization. His promotion to Vice President, Talent reflects the organization’s confidence in his ability to align enterprise talent strategy with business priorities while building integrated people capabilities that enhance workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational performance.

Before joining Integra, Szabolcs spent more than nine years with Baker Hughes, holding several senior global leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Director – Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, leading North America’s talent acquisition function and overseeing full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, process optimization, technology enablement, and operational performance. Earlier, as Global HR Director – Workforce Planning and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, he established Baker Hughes’ global workforce planning capability, developed strategic hiring roadmaps, strengthened diversity hiring outcomes, and aligned workforce strategies with long-term business objectives. He also played a pivotal role as Global Talent Acquisition Integration and Process Innovation Leader, successfully leading talent integration during the Baker Hughes and GE Oil & Gas merger while implementing enterprise-wide recruitment transformation initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Szabolcs served as Head of Talent Acquisition – Europe, Africa and Middle East (EAME) at Syngenta, where he led regional talent strategy, recruitment transformation, and workforce planning while implementing innovative recruitment models and strengthening employer branding. Prior to that, he held a series of progressively senior leadership positions at Baker Hughes, including Head of HR – Continental Europe, Hiring and Onboarding Lead – Europe, Africa, Russia & Caspian, Talent Acquisition Lead – Europe, Africa, Russia & Caspian, and several talent acquisition and talent management roles across the United Kingdom, South Africa, Angola, and France. Throughout his career, he has built deep expertise in strategic workforce planning, organizational transformation, talent acquisition, HR operations, process innovation, and leadership development across global organizations.

With nearly two decades of international human resources leadership experience, Szabolcs has earned a strong reputation for building high-performing talent organizations, leading enterprise transformation, driving operational excellence, and leveraging technology and data-driven decision-making to enhance workforce outcomes. His expanded leadership role reflects Integra’s continued investment in strategic talent capabilities as the company scales its operations and supports customers across the rapidly growing data center infrastructure market.
