Poonam brings extensive experience in luxury real estate sales, business development, and market expansion across India and the Middle East. Prior to joining CRC Group, she served as Team Lead at Signature Global. Earlier, she was Head of Sales and Marketing at Purvanchal Real Estate Developers LLC in Dubai, where she led sales, marketing, and business development initiatives to expand the brand’s international presence. She has also held senior leadership positions as Senior General Manager at PARAS Buildtech India Private Limited, General Manager at Worldwide Management Group, Sales at Sobha Realty, General Manager at Purvanchal Projects Private Limited, and AGM at Spaze Towers Pvt. Ltd., building a strong track record in premium real estate sales, customer engagement, and business growth.
