United States, July 2026 — JPMorganChase has appointed Sili Jacobson as Chief Administrative Officer of Home Lending, marking a significant milestone in her distinguished career spanning more than three decades in financial services, business transformation, operations, and strategic leadership. In her new role, she will oversee the administrative and strategic functions supporting the firm’s Home Lending business, driving operational excellence and organisational effectiveness.
Sili Jacobson has been with JPMorganChase for over six years, consistently taking on leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to her appointment as Chief Administrative Officer of Home Lending, she served as Executive Director, Chief of Staff – Home Lending, where she partnered with senior leadership to drive strategic priorities, business transformation, and organisational initiatives. Concurrently, she also served as Executive Director, Business Management – Home Lending, leading operational and business management efforts across the division. Earlier, she was Executive Director, Chief of Staff – Consumer Originations, helping shape strategic programmes and operational improvements across the consumer lending business.
Before joining JPMorganChase in 2020, Jacobson spent more than 15 years with Bank of America, where she built an exceptional reputation for leading enterprise-wide transformation programmes and complex operational initiatives. Her leadership portfolio included roles such as Strategic Initiatives and Engagement Executive, CCAR Program Management Office Lead, Operational Readiness Executive – Mortgage Servicing & Operations, Representation & Warranty Strategy Executive, Credit Loss Mitigation Strategies Business Operations Executive, Mortgage Servicing Technology – Service Delivery Executive, and Mortgage Operations Transition Executive. Throughout her tenure, she successfully led large-scale business integration, regulatory compliance, technology modernisation, workplace transformation, and operational excellence initiatives, delivering significant improvements in efficiency, customer experience, and cost optimisation.
Earlier in her career, Jacobson served as Associate Director – Enterprise Infrastructure & Applications at Amgen, overseeing a large technology programme portfolio, and spent 14 years with Accenture as a Senior Manager, advising leading financial services and insurance organisations on business strategy, process redesign, technology integration, change management, and organisational development. Her consulting experience with major institutions including Bank of America, American Express, Washington Mutual, Wells Fargo, and Blue Cross Blue Shield laid the foundation for her successful executive leadership career. She further strengthened her business expertise by completing an Executive MBA (ABMP) at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, equipping her with advanced leadership and management capabilities.
With deep expertise in mortgage operations, enterprise transformation, strategic planning, technology integration, and organisational leadership, Jacobson is well positioned to lead JPMorganChase’s Home Lending administrative function as the organisation continues to enhance customer experiences and operational performance.
