The US-based IT giant Ascendion has appointed Brijitha Prasanth as their Head HR- People & Culture. She will be based out of Bangalore.
While announcing her new role, she said that it’s an extension of herself as she will be involved in shaping the company’s people strategies and ensuring positive changes.
With more than two decades of experience in the HR industry, Prasanth is skilled in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, operations and automation and OD interventions.
She is also an expert in the areas of change management, integration, employee engagement and retention, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and employer branding.
Before joining Ascendion, she was the Vice President- HR at CSC for over seven years. Prasanth has also held several important leadership roles at Viteos Fund Services, BMR Advisors, Haribhakti Group and Sun-n-Sand Group.
