New York City, USA – Hannah Vallerie takes on new role as the Global Head of Human Resources, Group Commercial at BIC. With over 15 years of experience in human resources leadership and strategy, Hannah will be responsible for driving the Group Commercial People strategy at BIC.
Hannah joined BIC in 2022 as Global Head of Human Resources, Group Functions, where she successfully led HR strategies for various business functions. Before her tenure at BIC, she was with Anheuser-Busch for over five years. As People Director, AB One, she managed the People strategy for AB’s internal wholesaler arm, overseeing HR for 1,200 employees across the U.S., including both unionized and non-unionized teams.
In her earlier role as People Director, US Regions at Anheuser-Busch, she managed a team of HRBPs supporting the Commercial organization. She also served as People Director, Commercial, for the South East Region, overseeing the People strategy for 550+ employees.
Prior to Anheuser-Busch, Hannah held key HR leadership positions at Danone and ING, including Senior HR Business Partner at Danone, where she supported Dairy Operations across the U.S., Canada, and the Netherlands. During her four years at ING, she served as an HR Business Partner and Talent Manager for the Americas Region and contributed to global HR policies and practices during her international assignment at the company’s Amsterdam headquarters.
Hannah began her career at New York Life Insurance Company, where she gained extensive experience in talent management, workforce planning, and leadership development.
