United Kingdom, May 2024 – Bronwyn Fincham is excited to announce that she is starting a new position as UK Head of HR at Baronie. In this role, Bronwyn will lead HR initiatives to support the company’s growth and employee engagement across the UK.
Before joining Baronie, Bronwyn served as Human Resources Project Manager at RealWorldHR Ltd. for four months, where she worked on various HR projects in a remote capacity. Prior to that, she was the Head of People at Travel Chapter, a contract role she held for just over a year, where she focused on people management, employee engagement, and strategic HR planning.
Bronwyn also held the position of Head of People at Jurassic Fibre for eight months, where she managed HR operations and drove leadership development. She was the Head of People and Culture at Ward Williams Associates for six months, overseeing HR functions across multiple offices in the South West and London.
Earlier in her career, Bronwyn was a Human Resources Manager at Kepak Group for eleven months, managing HR processes and team development. She also served as a Regional Human Resources Business Manager at Brakes UK, covering five sites within the South West for over a year.
Bronwyn’s extensive HR experience includes roles such as Head of Human Resources at 2SFG Willand Site, Head of Human Resources Operations at Riverford Organic Farmers, and Human Resources Manager at Falfish Ltd. She has also worked as an HR Manager for Actavis (Watson Pharmaceuticals), Human Resources Training Development Manager at Kensey Foods (Samworth Bros Group), and Regional Human Resources Manager at Siemens.
