Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – October 2024 – Aanchal Singh has been appointed as the Director – People Team at Worley. In this role, Aanchal will oversee people partnering and operations for a 7,400-strong engineering and allied workforce. Her primary focus will be to engage, develop, and inspire the talent pool to deliver a more sustainable future.
Before this role, Aanchal served as Associate Director – People Team at Worley, leading People Operations and People Partnering for the India unit. She managed HR initiatives for a workforce of over 7,300 employees, enhancing talent engagement and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining Worley, Aanchal held a key position at Tata Motors as the Head of HR – Passenger & Electric Vehicles (Sales, Marketing & Customer Care). During her tenure of over 10 years at Tata Motors, she played a pivotal role in HR strategy implementation, talent management, and D&I initiatives, catering to the scaling of the passenger and electric vehicle business.
Earlier in her career, Aanchal held HR leadership roles at Firstsource, where she focused on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and capability building. Her tenure at Firstsource spanned nearly 6 years, during which she led HR strategies for the BFSI vertical, managing over 1,200 employees.
