Chicago, Illinois, United States, May 2025 – Aarti Sharma has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Health Prime, a national leader in revenue cycle management solutions for physician groups. In this capacity, Aarti will be instrumental in steering the company’s global HR strategy, talent development, leadership coaching, and organizational culture as Health Prime continues to scale its operations.
With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Aarti brings deep experience in leading HR transformations in global organizations. Before joining Health Prime, she served as the Chief People Officer at BARK, and earlier, as the Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources at Cambium Networks, where she led the HR function through an IPO and a significant global expansion.
Aarti currently serves as Expert in Residence (People and Culture) at 1871 Chicago and runs Impact 5 Talent Solutions, her consulting firm specializing in fractional HR leadership and executive coaching. She is also a Founding Member of The People Collective, an executive HR community, and actively advises startups and founders on organizational design and talent alignment.
Earlier in her career, Aarti held key HR leadership positions at Stryker, Sun Pharma, PwC, and Wipro, managing large-scale change management, compensation design, and cross-border talent initiatives.
