Kathmandu, Nepal — Aavash Adhikari has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Continental Trading Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. With over a decade of experience in the human resources field, Adhikari is poised to lead the HR operations at this diversified trading company.
Prior to his current role, Adhikari served as a Human Resources Consultant with Anweshan, where he has been engaged since April 2024. His work involves providing organizational and HR consulting remotely, leveraging his skills in strategic planning and operational management.
Before consulting, Adhikari was deeply involved in HR operations at Jyoti Life Insurance Company Limited from October 2020 to April 2024. As a Human Resources Officer, he contributed to various strategic initiatives including negotiation and HR consulting, helping the company strengthen its workforce management practices in Kathmandu.
He also held the position of Human Resource Officer at Buddha Air from January 2017 to October 2020, where he played a key role in enhancing the HR functions and supporting the company’s growth in the competitive aviation sector.
Adhikari’s early career includes significant experience in human resources across various sectors, establishing a strong foundation in HR operations, employee engagement, and strategic planning. His comprehensive skill set and industry knowledge have been instrumental in driving the HR agendas of each organization he has been part of.
