Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, January 2025 – Abdulgader Al-Amoudi has been appointed as Chief People and Shared Services Officer at Remat Al-Riyadh Development Co., where he will focus on driving strategic HR initiatives, people management strategies, and shared services excellence to support the company’s continued growth and operational efficiency.
Prior to this role, Al-Amoudi served as Chief Human Resources Officer at a confidential organization for nearly two years, focusing on human capital management strategies. Before that, he held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Panda Retail Company – Savola Group, where he was responsible for HR transformation and talent strategies for approximately two years.
Earlier in his career, Al-Amoudi was the Human Resources Director at Kuehne+Nagel, overseeing HR operations for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain for nearly three years. He also served as Group Director of Human Resources & Corporate Affairs at Samsung Electronics, leading strategic HR functions across Saudi Arabia for approximately three years.
He further brings HR leadership experience from his time as HR & Admin Manager – PS at Sunbulah Group, HR Manager and Project & Construction Manager at Procter & Gamble, and leadership roles at Siemens and Saudi Electricity Company, where he developed a diverse background in both HR and operations management.
