United States, September 2024 – Renee Harbour has started her new role as Vice President of People Operations at Aesthetic Partners, a leading company in the medical aesthetics and plastic surgery sector. In this role, Renee will oversee and scale people operations, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, organizational culture, and strategic leadership. She brings extensive experience in HR transformation, change management, and business process improvement, which will be instrumental in supporting the growth of Aesthetic Partners.
Before joining Aesthetic Partners, Renee Harbour held the position of Senior Director of Operations at Thrive Pet Healthcare, where she focused on operational performance, employee development, and leadership growth. Her contributions included developing onboarding and training programs for regional teams and improving company performance through enhanced team engagement. She worked with Thrive Pet Healthcare for over 10 years, holding various leadership positions in people management and operations.
Prior to this, Renee served as Senior Director of People at Thrive Pet Healthcare, where she led talent acquisition, retention, and onboarding efforts across 300+ hospital locations. She also implemented strategies to improve company culture and enhance the overall employee experience.
Renee’s extensive experience also includes roles such as Director of People for M&A integrations, where she streamlined acquisition processes, and HR and Talent Manager, where she built HR infrastructure and talent management systems for over 130 hospitals.
