With extensive experience in financial leadership across engineering, industrial, and construction sectors, Mike is set to enhance Brock Group’s financial operations and drive its strategic growth initiatives.
Before joining Brock Group, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer at Universal Engineering Sciences (UES) for nearly three years. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in optimizing financial processes and supporting the company’s growth trajectory in engineering services.

Prior to UES, Mike was the Chief Financial Officer at PLH Group, Inc. for over six years. There, he led financial strategies and operations, contributing significantly to the company’s performance in the energy infrastructure industry.
Earlier, Mike spent over a decade at Wood, holding various key financial leadership roles. As Chief Financial Officer of Wood Group Mustang, he oversaw financial operations during a transformative phase for the company in Houston, Texas. Previously, he held roles as Group Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Wood Group Light Industrial Turbines, based in Aberdeen, United Kingdom, demonstrating his global expertise in financial management.
