Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2025 — Wanbury Limited, one of India’s fastest-growing pharmaceutical companies, has announced the appointment of Abhijeet Nadgouda as Chief Human Resources Officer – Formulation. In his new role, Abhijeet will lead the HR function for Wanbury’s formulation business, focusing on talent development, workforce capability enhancement, and organizational effectiveness to drive business growth and innovation.
With over 15 years of experience in human resources across leading pharmaceutical and FMCG companies, Abhijeet brings deep expertise in strategic HR, leadership development, and people transformation. His appointment reinforces Wanbury’s commitment to building a high-performance culture and nurturing leadership excellence within the organization.
Before joining Wanbury, Abhijeet served as Head of HR at Jyothy Labs Limited, where he played a key role in driving HR transformation, organizational restructuring, and talent initiatives aligned with business strategy. His leadership contributed to enhancing employee engagement and strengthening succession pipelines.
Earlier, he was Head of Human Resources – R&D at Aarti Industries Ltd., where he led HR for the research and development function, overseeing talent acquisition, competency frameworks, and capability-building initiatives for scientific and technical teams.
Prior to that, Abhijeet spent nearly six years at Zuventus Healthcare Limited as General Manager – HR, where he managed HR operations, employee relations, and people development across business units. His early HR foundations were strengthened through extensive exposure to the pharmaceutical sector’s evolving people practices.
Abhijeet holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur, one of India’s premier management institutions.
