Hyderabad, Telangana, India, October 2025 — Abhishek Agrawal has joined People Tech Group Inc as Vice President, where he will drive end-to-end delivery excellence for Qualcomm’s global software portfolio. In his new role, Abhishek will lead large engineering teams, strengthen customer engagement, and steer quality transformation and accelerated execution across multiple technology domains, with a sharp focus on innovation, delivery maturity, and measurable business impact.
Before joining People Tech Group, Abhishek was the Founder and CEO of QTIMINDS, an engineering services firm that provided on-demand access to highly skilled talent in embedded systems, platform software, and validation. Under his leadership, QTIMINDS built a strong presence in the semiconductor ecosystem and launched a PropTech product, RUFRENT, offering SaaS solutions for PGs and home interior providers.
Earlier, Abhishek had a distinguished 15-year tenure at Qualcomm, where he rose through multiple engineering leadership roles, culminating as Director of Engineering. During his time there, he led large-scale engineering programs in software testing, automation frameworks, and operations management, contributing significantly to Qualcomm’s technology excellence and product reliability.
Prior to Qualcomm, Abhishek held leadership roles at Ingenient Technologies and STMicroelectronics, where he focused on embedded systems development, engineering management, and cross-functional delivery. He began his professional journey at ALSTOM Traction in France and India, where he developed IEC 870 and SINAUT communication protocols for industrial automation systems, and earlier gained foundational experience at Shyam Telecom Limited in engineering and product development.
Across his career, Abhishek has established himself as a visionary engineering leader known for scaling technology organizations, transforming delivery frameworks, and driving innovation across complex global programs.
