With more than a decade of experience across brand building, marketing transformation, category development, customer engagement, and market expansion, Abhishek brings deep industry insight and a proven track record across the home fashion and lifestyle sector.
Abhishek joins The Colosseum from Welspun Flooring, where he served as Head of Marketing – Global Business. Across his three-plus years with the organisation, he played a pivotal role in steering global brand strategy, elevating category positioning, and developing high-impact digital campaigns and experiential brand initiatives. As part of the senior leadership team, he drove cross-functional collaboration, strengthened brand recognition through successful rebranding efforts, and led market expansion strategies supported by sales enablement frameworks and digital marketing innovation. His contributions significantly boosted visibility, competitive edge, and customer experience across markets.
Before Welspun, Abhishek spent time with Associated Advertising and Rabbit Digital Branding Solutions, where he worked closely with multiple industry segments and led integrated marketing strategy across creative, digital, and brand positioning functions. His work in these roles strengthened his ability to drive strategic communication, partner on creative execution, and manage key accounts with a focus on brand equity and competitive differentiation.
Earlier in his career, Abhishek gained significant leadership exposure at Robo Silicon, where he led branding, employee engagement, customer experience, and market communication strategies across India. His work included steering recruitment branding, internal culture communication, strategic go-to-market initiatives, digital-first communication models, and brand identity alignment across touchpoints. Prior to this, he worked across marketing and activation roles at Cipla, TRIKAAL Advertising, and eYantra, where he built foundational expertise across brand consulting, audience engagement, market activation, and multi-channel marketing delivery.
Throughout his career, Abhishek has consistently demonstrated an ability to connect brand meaning with business outcomes — building strategic roadmaps, modernising brand systems, and shaping marketing engines designed for scale, digital transformation, and measurable market impact.
