Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, December 2024 – Abhishek Nirmal has stepped into the role of Director – Talent Acquisition & Talent Management at Visit Health. Abhishek’s remarkable journey within the company continues as he takes on this leadership position, aiming to drive strategic talent initiatives and enhance organizational development at Visit Health.
During his tenure as General Manager – Human Resource at Visit Health, Abhishek demonstrated exceptional leadership, scaling the organization from 60 to 320 employees, and devising robust HR systems such as a comprehensive Performance Management System and an HCM system. He played a pivotal role in building HR infrastructure, streamlining hiring processes, and implementing innovative L&D programs.
Before Visit Health, Abhishek held a range of impactful HR roles, including Manager – Human Resource & Admin at NxtGen Cloud Technologies, where he spearheaded L&D programs and campus recruitment initiatives. His career also includes hands-on HR experience as a Management Trainee at Girdhari Lal Constructions, where he formalized HR policies and streamlined operations, and earlier engineering roles at organizations like Renault Nissan Mitsubishi Alliance and Tata Elxsi, showcasing his multidisciplinary expertise.
Abhishek holds an MBA in Human Resource from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Birmingham City University, bringing a unique blend of HR acumen and technical insight to his new role.
