Adam brings over eight years of recruitment and talent management experience to Hatch. Before joining, he served as Lead Partner at Moonhub, where he specialized in helping startups secure top talent in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Product Development. Adam’s contributions included building effective interview processes and implementing tailored hiring strategies for early-stage companies.

Prior to Moonhub, Adam worked as Director at Jarvis Cole, where he led a team to recruit professionals across various technical and marketing roles, including Machine Learning/NLP Engineers, Product Managers, and UI/UX Designers. His hands-on approach to leveraging AI and sourcing tools streamlined the hiring process for fast-growing startups.
Adam also held significant roles at Jobot, including Principal Recruiter and Senior Recruiter, focusing on nationwide recruitment for industries such as Tax, Finance, Technology, and Sales. Earlier in his career, Adam contributed to Jefferson Frank as a Principal Consultant, where he developed talent acquisition strategies for Amazon Web Services (AWS) professionals across multiple regions.
