Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, United States, March 2025 – Adam Schulz has taken on the role of Vice President Human Resources at United Cooperative, a full-service cooperative dedicated to supporting farmers and consumers across south-central Wisconsin. In his new capacity, Adam will lead the HR function to enhance workforce strategy, strengthen organizational culture, and align HR initiatives with the cooperative’s long-term business goals.
Before joining United Cooperative, Adam served as Vice President Human Resources at Furst-McNess Company for over a year, where he drove strategic HR transformation in the animal feed and nutrition sector. His tenure included leading a successful Paycom HRIS implementation, managing benefits programs, and enhancing employee engagement through platforms like Officevibe, all while maintaining cost-efficiency.

Prior to that, Adam held the role of Director of Human Resources at Furst-McNess Company for over 11 years. He was instrumental in aligning HR with business strategy, optimizing self-funded health care plans, launching incentive programs, and deploying employee feedback systems that significantly improved engagement scores and decision-making processes.
Adam also served as President of Aero Group, Inc., a subsidiary company where he held full P&L responsibility. Over a decade, he steered the company from losses to strong profitability, strategically pivoting toward fiber and voice technology services and successfully leading the sale of the company after sustained growth.
Earlier in his career, Adam held customer service and HR leadership roles at Honeywell, where he served as Manager Customer Service – Indoor Air Quality NA, and at Aero Group, where he also led customer service operations for nearly a decade.
